Existing accounts
If you're having trouble logging onto the RPG, please check the following:
1. Does your account exist?
Try re-registering your account. If the account already exists, the system will reject your registration.
2. Can you log in with this account?
You can log in to change your company details at http://admin.recycledproducts.org.uk/. If this fails then try some of the suggestions below.
3. Is your password correct?
Are you using the correct password? Passwords are case-sensitive. Because we store your password securely, we cannot resend it to you, but we can reset it and send you a new password.
4. Have you confirmed your e-mail address?
We need you to click on a link we have sent to that e-mail address, so we can be sure the address exists. That way we can e.g. notify you of any account changes and be sure that all RPG users are genuine.
5. Has your account been suspended?
Sometimes it's necessary for us to suspend accounts, whether because someone has left the employment of a company on the RPG, or if we can't get in touch with a user or their company. If you try to log in, but you receive the message that your account is suspended, then this might be why.
